These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Iron Root Agency's website and services. By submitting an inquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Iron Root Agency provides AI-powered automation, lead generation, and appointment booking systems for beauty and wellness professionals. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement signed by both parties prior to project commencement.

2. Payment Terms

  • A one-time setup fee is due before work begins.
  • Monthly retainer payments are due on the 1st of each month.
  • Late payments may result in a pause of services until the balance is resolved.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice sent to adam@[ironrootagency.com](https://ironrootagency.com). Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any fees already paid.

4. Intellectual Property

All systems, automations, workflows, and assets built by Iron Root Agency remain the property of Iron Root Agency until paid in full. Upon full payment, ownership of client-specific assets transfers to the client. Iron Root Agency retains the right to use non-confidential work as portfolio examples.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary assets (logo, photos, copy) within 5 business days of signing.
  • Maintain active accounts for required third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel).
  • Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.

6. Results Disclaimer

Iron Root Agency makes no guarantee of specific results. Performance depends on market conditions, ad spend, client responsiveness, and other factors outside our control. We commit to delivering professional, high-quality work in good faith.

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from Iron Root Agency. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Iron Root Agency's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
